入选标准
- •1. Participants of age group 30 to 50 years irrespective of sex.
- •2. Participants with:
- •Waist circumference : Male = 94 cm, Female = 80 cm
- •3. Participants willing to give informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Participants with known case of chronic systemic illness like cardiovascular diseases,
- •Ascites, CKD etc.
- •2. Participants with IVDP, Positional Vertigo.
- •3. Pregnant and Lactating Mothers.
- •4. Participants who have undergone surgeries within a time period of 6 months.
- •5. Participants undergoing steroid therapy
- •6. Participants who are unable to do yoga postures due to structural deformities.
- •7.Participants with history of allergy.
