- •Patients scheduled to undergo cancer surgery with an elevated risk for any complication as per the ACS risk calculator.

- •Patients not willing to give consent
- •Cases where proper documented data is not available.
- •Paediatric patients (below 18 years of age)
- •Pregnant patients.
