Patients aged 18 years and above.
Patients scheduled to undergo cancer surgery with an elevated risk for any complication as per the ACS risk calculator.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not willing to give consent
Cases where proper documented data is not available.
Paediatric patients (below 18 years of age)
Pregnant patients.
