Inclusion criteria include: a desire to participate in the study; age range 40 to 60 years; residence of Isfahan; not having any diseases: including diseases of liver; kidney; gout and rheumatoid arthritis; thyroid disorders; adrenal; parathyroid; gynecology; cancer; heart disease; arrhythmias; uncontrolled of CHF; valvular disease; severe pericarditis and myocarditis.
Exclusion criteria included: pregnancy and lactation, liver disease, kidney disease, glucocorticoid therapy, hormone therapy, Cushing's syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and other inflammatory disorders, gastrointestinal disease and lactose intolerance, selenium supplementation, taking antacids, chemotherapy, corticosteroids, statins, niacin and contraceptives.
