Inclusion Criteria
? Patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction through computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging
? Over 19 years old and under 80 years old
? Patients with cognitive impairment below 24 points of K-MMSE
? Patients who agreed to participate in the study after hearing the explanation about the study
Exclusion Criteria
? Patients with cognitive dysfunction before stroke
? Patients unable to receive cognitive treatment due to serious complications

Name Time Method The 2nd edition of the Seoul Neuropsychological Test was performed before and after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups to compare and analyze the degree of recovery of cognitive functions such as attention, language, visuospatial function, and memory between the two groups.
