- •1. Strong clinical suspicion (prolonged ileus after surgery and increased or persistent high need for vasopressors)
- •2. Hyperlactatemia (rise above 3,5mmol/l or no drop beyond 5mmol/l within 12h after surgery)
- •3. Signs of bowel ischemia found on endoscopy or CT
