- •Singleton or twin gestation

- •Severe medical and surgical complications
- •History of allergy to tranexamic acid
- •History of thrombi-embolic disorders.
- •Antenatal complications like, abnormal placenta
- •placenta-previa, placenta abruption, adherent placenta, severe preeclampsia, Multiple pregnancies, macrosomia, polyhydramnios,
- •Fibroid uterus or gynecological disorders complicating pregnancy.
