Patients will be diagnosed clinically as plantar fasciitis with following clinical signs
1.Pain in morning or after sitting long time
2.Local pain where fascia attaches to the heels
3.Increasing pain with extended walking or standing for more than 15 min.
After informed written consent patients will be enrolled for study .Subjects will be included in the study if they fulfilled the following
Inclusion Criteria
1.Aged between 18-75 years
2. Heel pain more than 1 month consistent with history of PF.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Infection or tumour of lower extremity
2.Arthritis of foot
3. Operative treatment of planter fascia
4.Diabetes
5.Pregnancy
6.New orthotics
7. corticosteroid treatment recentenly
