Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients will be diagnosed clinically as plantar fasciitis with following clinical signs
- •1\.Pain in morning or after sitting long time
- •2\.Local pain where fascia attaches to the heels
- •3\.Increasing pain with extended walking or standing for more than 15 min.
- •After informed written consent patients will be enrolled for study .Subjects will be included in the study if they fulfilled the following
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Aged between 18\-75 years
- •2\. Heel pain more than 1 month consistent with history of PF.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Infection or tumour of lower extremity
- •2\.Arthritis of foot
- •3\. Operative treatment of planter fascia
- •4\.Diabetes
- •5\.Pregnancy
- •6\.New orthotics
- •7\. corticosteroid treatment recentenly
