入选标准
- •Patients will be diagnosed clinically as plantar fasciitis with following clinical signs
- •1.Pain in morning or after sitting long time
- •2.Local pain where fascia attaches to the heels
- •3.Increasing pain with extended walking or standing for more than 15 min.
- •After informed written consent patients will be enrolled for study .Subjects will be included in the study if they fulfilled the following
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Aged between 18-75 years
- •2. Heel pain more than 1 month consistent with history of PF.

- •Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Infection or tumour of lower extremity
- •2.Arthritis of foot
- •3. Operative treatment of planter fascia
- •4.Diabetes
- •5.Pregnancy
- •6.New orthotics
- •7. corticosteroid treatment recentenly
