Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients aged over 20 years who undergo total hip arthroplasty or bipolar hemiarthroplasty under general anesthesia for hip fracture.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients taking opioids for chronic pain, patients taking opioids and analgesics prior to hospitalization, patients with infection at site of nerve block, coagulopathy, patients with allergy to drugs to be used in this study, patients with multiple trauma, patients with dementia, patients scheduled to undergo spinal anesthesia.
