1.Male or female between the ages of 18 and 55;
2. Active or passive neck movement is limited in at least one direction;
3. Symptoms of neck pain lasting more than 3 months;
4.NRS score =4;
1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
2. Suffering from serious underlying diseases such as malignant tumor and heart failure;
3. Acupuncture intolerance (severe complications such as needlesickness);
4. Patients with chronic neck pain caused by trauma or cervical spine surgery;
5. Neck pain accompanied by nerve root symptoms;
6. Received conservative treatment such as acupuncture and massage in the past 2 weeks;
7. Have taken painkillers, muscle relaxants, psychotropic drugs or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 1 week;
