- •Full\-time female and Iranian female worker at the workshop
- •Not being diagnosed with chronic diseases and psychological disorders
- •At least the reading and writing skills
- •Not pregnant or breastfeeding

- •Unable to attend training sessions
- •Chronic Diseases and Psychological Disorders
