- •2.ASA physical status 1,2 patients.
- •3.Patients scheduled for elective urological procedures under general anaesthesia.

- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Patient with allergy or previous drug reaction with paracetamol or tramadol
- •3.Renal disease
- •4.Liver disease
- •5.Patient with bladder outflow obstruction
- •6.Patient on long term opiods
