入选标准
- •CKD-on Hemodialysis, receiving ESA at least 4 weeks with
- •1)baseline HB <10 g/dl
- •2)no increase in Hb or increase Hb <2% from baseline after 4 week of weight based ESA therapy
- •3)age >18 years
排除标准
- •1) Pregnancy
- •2) Patient not willing to give consent for the study
- •3) Known allergy to G-CSF
- •4) Age < 18 years, >70 years
- •5) Thrombocytopenia
