Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects with abnormal vaginal discharge associated with itching with or without backache.
  • •2\. Married subject and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Post menopausal women
  • •2\. Pregnant women]
  • •3\. Cases of hiv, hbsag, vdrl
  • •4\. Under prolonged use of anti microbial drugs.
  • •5\. Women using ocps.
  • •6\. Uncontrolled dm and htn.
  • •7\. Malignancy
