Inclusion Criteria
Person who are having neck pain.
Person who are working on computer more than 3 hours.
Age group: 20-45 yrs
Exclusion Criteria
A person with cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy
A history of whiplash injury
A history of cervical surgery and/or thoracic
A history of serious spinal pathology (including spinal osteoporosis, spinal tuberculosis, and tumors)
Person who are having serious neurological problems.
