- •Patients undergoing hemodialysis
- •Age ≥ 18 years
- •Sp Kt/V ≥ 1.2
- •Hb ≥ 9 g/dL
- •Serum albumin ≥ 3 g/dL
- •Serum ferritin < 1,000 ng/mL
排除标准
- •Immunocompromised host e.g. HIV
- •Taking any immunosuppressive agent for 3 months subsequent months before enrollment
- •Having been hospitalized for 3 months subsequent months before enrollment
