Senior citizen:
• = 65 years
• Diagnosed hypertension
• Self-mobility
Therapist, sports scientist, instructors:
• currently active as a therapist / sports scientist, instructors for cardiac sports groups
• at least 3 years of professional experience
• Cardiological experience
• Experience in training planning / conception
• Presence of legal support
• MCI and severe cognitive impairment (MMSE <24 pts)
• Increased danger of falling (Tinetti test <20 pts)
• Diseases associated with high risk of falling (stroke, Parkinson's disease)
• Pacemaker
• DBP > 100 mmHg at rest (for the task-based part)
