- •Therapist, sports scientist, instructors:
- •currently active as a therapist / sports scientist, instructors for cardiac sports groups
- •at least 3 years of professional experience
- •Cardiological experience
- •Experience in training planning / conception
排除标准
- •Presence of legal support
- •MCI and severe cognitive impairment (MMSE <24 pts)
- •Increased danger of falling (Tinetti test <20 pts)
- •Diseases associated with high risk of falling (stroke, Parkinson's disease)
- •Pacemaker
- •DBP > 100 mmHg at rest (for the task-based part)
