Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) first stroke diagnosed by a neurologist
  • (2\) stroke onset between 1 and 3 months
  • (3\) fair upper limb manual muscle test findings.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) other neurologic diseases, such as degenerative diseases
  • (2\) severe sensory deficits
  • (3\) severe aphasia and severe neglect
  • (4\) severe spasticity (contracture).
