Inclusion Criteria
free, written consent; age 18-65; BMI > or equal 50, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, < 5 kg change in body weight within previous 2 months
Exclusion Criteria
not capable of consent, type II diabetes (Hba1c>6,5), inherited dyslipidemias, Helicobacter pylorii infection, CKD (creatinine > 1,2 mg/dl), IBD, other intestinal disorders, food intolerance or allergy (milk, soy, pea) vegetarian, alternative diet plans, therapy with steroids or antibiotics (less than 2 months before or during the study), gastrointestinal infections (less than 2 months before or during the study)
