Inclusion Criteria
The patients have severe or geade 3 corneal stromal corneal edema following cataract surgery
Exclusion criteria: history of previous ocular surgery;history of significant eye trauma ; corneal dystrophy; contraindications of oxygen therapy ; history of uveitis ; severe corneal scar and opacity (fundus details not seen) or who need additional ocular surgery

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Central corneal thickness. Timepoint: befor surgery and post operative days 1,3,5,7,10,14 and post operative months 1,3 and 12. Method of measurement: pachy metry.;Corneal endothelial cell. Timepoint: befor surgery and post operative months 1, 3 and 12. Method of measurement: specular microscopy.
