Patients over 20 years of age and who undergo Ahmed glaucoma drainage device implant to lower intraocular pressure for the first time
(1)Eyes with the number of central corneal endothelial cells less than 1500 or impossible to measure
(2)Eyes with previous Ahmed glaucoma drainage device implant surgery
(3)congenital glaucoma
(4)preexisting corneal pathology
(5)previous corneal grafts
(6)iridocorneal endothelial syndrome
(7)vitreous in the anterior chamber
(8)primary angle closure glaucoma
(9)Cataract, glaucoma, or retinal surgery within 6 months of enrollment
