- •1. Patients with chronic pain visiting the pain clinic OPD at Siriraj Hospital
- •2. Have a complaint of pain for more than 3 months
- •3. Able to understand and speak Thai

- •1. Refusal to participate in the study
- •2. Pain due to cancer
- •3. History of medical diagnosis of cognitive impairment or other diagnosed psychiatric illness
