Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of JIA (ILAR).
- •Duration of diagnosis \= 1 year.
- •Global assessment of the physician concerning disease activity \< 4 (Numeric rating scale 0\-10\).
- •Informed consent for participation in the study.
- •German\-speaking study participants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recent surgery temporary influencing physical activity behavior.
- •Neurological, cardiac or pulmonary disease restricting physical activity.
- •Cortison therapy \> 0\.2 mg/kg body weight or \> 10 mg/day during the last 4 weeks.
- •Intraarticular steroid injection during the last 4 weeks.
- •Pregnant or nursing women.
- •Participation in simultaneaous behavioral therapy intervention studies.
