入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients with Major depressive disorder
- •2) Patients of either sex
- •3) Age >18 or <55 in years
排除标准
- •1) Patients with physical status according to American society of anesthesiologist(ASA) 3 and
- •2) Patients with allergy to sulpha drugs
- •3) Patients with history of porphyria
- •4) Patients with history of asthma
- •5) Patients who have got contraindication for MECT ( Examples: Pheochromocytoma, signs
- •of increased intracranial hypertension, recent myocardial infarction, recent stroke, adrenal
- •insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, recent stroke, unruptured
- •aneurysms, coagulopathies, unstable cervical spines/osteoporosis/bone fragility, patients
- •with cardiac implantable devices)
- •6) Pregnant / Lactating women
