Inclusion Criteria
Survivors of critical illness with Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) -1 to +1
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient with Barthel index ≤ 20 (total dependence)
- Mute or Deaf patient
- Psychiatric patient
- Patient with new-onset stroke during admission
- Patient with recent neurosurgery during admission
- patient who requires immobilization
