Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.BMI\- less then or equal to 30\.
- •2\.ASA grade \- I/II.
- •3\.Patient posted for elective unilateral forearm surgery.
- •4\.Patient able to give written and informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient not willing for procedure.
- •2\. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
- •3\. Patient with coagulopathy.
- •4\. Local infection at the injection site and local anatomical deformity.
- •5\. Patients with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury.
- •6\. Pre\-existing neuropathy, disorders like seizures,Hypertension,Diabetes and other metabolic disease,cardiac, hepatic diseases,Asthma,COPD.
- •7\.Patient with significant H/O Drug and Alcohol abuse,Osychiatric illness.
- •8\. Patient with H/O taking Alpha\-adrenergic drug,any form of Opoids.
- •9\. Pregnant and Lactating mothers.
- •10\. BMI \> 30kg/m2\.
