入排标准
入选标准
- •1.BMI- less then or equal to 30.
- •2.ASA grade - I/II.
- •3.Patient posted for elective unilateral forearm surgery.
- •4.Patient able to give written and informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patient not willing for procedure.
- •2. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
- •3. Patient with coagulopathy.
- •4. Local infection at the injection site and local anatomical deformity.
- •5. Patients with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury.
- •6. Pre-existing neuropathy, disorders like seizures,Hypertension,Diabetes and other metabolic disease,cardiac, hepatic diseases,Asthma,COPD.
- •7.Patient with significant H/O Drug and Alcohol abuse,Osychiatric illness.
- •8. Patient with H/O taking Alpha-adrenergic drug,any form of Opoids.
- •9. Pregnant and Lactating mothers.
- •10. BMI > 30kg/m2.
