Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.BMI\- less then or equal to 30\.
  • 2\.ASA grade \- I/II.
  • 3\.Patient posted for elective unilateral forearm surgery.
  • 4\.Patient able to give written and informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patient not willing for procedure.
  • 2\. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
  • 3\. Patient with coagulopathy.
  • 4\. Local infection at the injection site and local anatomical deformity.
  • 5\. Patients with polytrauma and/or associated nerve injury.
  • 6\. Pre\-existing neuropathy, disorders like seizures,Hypertension,Diabetes and other metabolic disease,cardiac, hepatic diseases,Asthma,COPD.
  • 7\.Patient with significant H/O Drug and Alcohol abuse,Osychiatric illness.
  • 8\. Patient with H/O taking Alpha\-adrenergic drug,any form of Opoids.
  • 9\. Pregnant and Lactating mothers.
  • 10\. BMI \> 30kg/m2\.
