Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age 20 to 90
- •2\. off\-pump minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass graft surgery under general anesthesia (including emergency case)
- •3\. intraoperative monitoring of mixed venous oxygen saturation, peripheral oxygen saturation, and cardiac output
- •4\. planned one lung ventilation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. planned or high probability of the use of mechanical circulatory support
- •2\. moderate or greater degree of tricuspid valve regurgitation
- •3\. intra\-cardiac shunt
