Subjects within the age of 21-60 years, Subjects irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, economic status and education status, Subjects with classical features of Bhagandara(Fistula in Ano), Subjects with well controlled diabetis mellitus and hypertension.
Fistula in ano caused secondary to or associated with diseases like tuberculosis, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, osteomyelitis, veneral disease, HIV, Appendicitis, regional ileitis, intestinal and pelvic malignancies
Fistula in ano associated with other anorectal diseases like carcinoma of rectum and anal canal, 3rd degree hemorrhoids or bleeding hemorrhoids, acute fissure in ano, thrombosed sentinel pile.
