入选标准
- •Subjects within the age of 21-60 years, Subjects irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, economic status and education status, Subjects with classical features of Bhagandara(Fistula in Ano), Subjects with well controlled diabetis mellitus and hypertension.
排除标准
- •Fistula in ano caused secondary to or associated with diseases like tuberculosis, crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, osteomyelitis, veneral disease, HIV, Appendicitis, regional ileitis, intestinal and pelvic malignancies
- •Fistula in ano associated with other anorectal diseases like carcinoma of rectum and anal canal, 3rd degree hemorrhoids or bleeding hemorrhoids, acute fissure in ano, thrombosed sentinel pile.
