入选标准
- •Patient presenting with symptoms of depression for at least 2 weeks duration and screened according to diagnostic criteria of ICD-10
- •Age between 18- 60 years of both sexes
排除标准
- •Depression due to substance abuse
- •Cases diagnosed with life threatening disease -for which medicine being used
- •Currently receiving treatment with antidepressant
- •Subjects who are pregnant or lactating
- •Surgical emergencies.
- •Depression due to hypothyroidism and other organic causes
- •BPAD cases with manic, hypomanic and mixed states
