入选标准
- •All young women attending the Gynaecology OPD of Lok Nayak Hospital in the age group of 15-25 years, with either a diagnosed case of PCOS, or are found to have PCOS on subsequent investigations, and have attained menarche at least 2 years prior to the study.
排除标准
- •Women who are a known case of
- •1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- •2. Congenial Adrenal Hyperplasia
- •3. Thyroid Dysfunction
- •4. Hyperprolactinemia
- •5. Ovarian tumors
- •6. Cushing Syndrome
- •7. Women who are taking medications known to affect plasma sex steroids such as anti-androgens, hormonal contraceptives and insulin-sensitizing drugs for atleast 3 months before the study.
