Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patients with unilateral total knee replacement with and without diabetes mellitus between 60 to 80 years of age at moderate protection phase (weeks 4\-8\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a.Patients with history of lower limb fractures \< 1 year old.
  • •b.Patient with h/o recent soft tissue injury \< 3 months
  • •c.Patient h/o rheumatic disease (M06\.9\)
  • •d.Revision total knee replacements.
  • •e.Patients with Neurological disorders (G00\-G99\)
  • •f.Disorders of eye and adnexa (H00\- H59\)
  • •g.Mental and Behavioural disorders (F00\-F99\)
