By providing the pharmaceutical care in schizophrenic patients, this can increase the safety use of antipsychotic drugs in the patients. Also, there is a tendency of a change in medication-taking behavior and increasing pharmaceutical therapy-related quality of life.

1.repeated inpatient treatment with antipsychotic drugs within 28 days from last hospital discharge or re-entering inpatient treatment for at least the third within a year due to risk of violence as defined by the Department of Mental Health 2) able to communicate with staff and caregivers in Thai
1. Persons whose doctors planned to provide electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or who had received any form of electrical stimulation therapy and people with mental retardation. 2) patients causing violence while receiving pharmaceutical care or requiring transfer to another hospital for any reason.
