1.Met the diagnostic and classification criteria for hemiplegic cerebral palsy issued by the Subspecialty Group of Neurology, Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association.
2.Age: 8-36 months.
3.The difference in GRS scores between the affected and unaffected hands was between 20% and 80%.
4.the parents could cooperate with the rehabilitation therapy and sign the informed consent forms.
1. Suffering from other diseases not related to cerebral palsy.
2. Joint and muscle fixed contracture or malformation that affect the functional use of the affected hand.
3. Uncontrolled epileptic seizure.
4. The affected upper limb had received type A creotoxin injection within the past 6 months, or scheduled to receive the injection of type A creotoxin injection during the study period.
5. The affected upper limb had been treated with orthopedic surgery before.
6. With visual or balance impairments that could affect the interventions and assessments for the rehabilitation.
