入选标准
- •Women and men (> 65 years) with mild AD (MMST = 20)
- •- Women and men (> 65 years) with MCI and a pathological CSF profile (Aß1-42 decreased, tau protein increased)
- •- Women and men (> 65 years) as healthy control subjects (MMST> 27)
- •- Obtained consent and information ability
- •- Willingness to take swabs of the oral mucosa and gums
排除标准
- •- Acute infections of the upper respiratory tract
- •- Known acute inflammations in the oral cavity (e.g. stomatitis)
- •- Serious physical illnesses with impairment of the general condition, fever or current weight loss of more than 2 kg in the past four weeks, palliative life situation
- •- Malnutrition (body mass index below 18.5 kg / m2)
- •- Other neurological diseases (stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease) or severe psychiatric comorbidities such as an addiction disorder or schizophrenic psychosis
- •- Potentially reversible causes of cognitive deficits (e.g. vitamin B12 deficiency)
