Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Predominant medial knee OA(greater than or equal to 1 in Kellgren â??Lawrence Scale)
- •2\. Knee pain on ambulation of at least 2 mm on a 10 mm VAS Scale
- •3\. Age \>45 years
- •4\. Ability to understand and follow simple verbal commands
- •5\. No medical contraindications for walking
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pain/ symptomatic arthritis in any other joint of lower extremity
- •2\. Structural foot deformity
- •3\. Gluco\-corticoid therapy within 3 months
- •4\. Inflammatory arthritis
