Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Predominant medial knee OA(greater than or equal to 1 in Kellgren â??Lawrence Scale)
  • •2\. Knee pain on ambulation of at least 2 mm on a 10 mm VAS Scale
  • •3\. Age \>45 years
  • •4\. Ability to understand and follow simple verbal commands
  • •5\. No medical contraindications for walking

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pain/ symptomatic arthritis in any other joint of lower extremity
  • •2\. Structural foot deformity
  • •3\. Gluco\-corticoid therapy within 3 months
  • •4\. Inflammatory arthritis
