入选标准
- •120 patients of ASA physical status I and II of both genders aged between 19 -60 yrs undergoing LC were included in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Diabetes mellitus, significant cardiac, hepatic or renal disease
- •2.GIT disease
- •3.Laparoscopy replaced by laparotomy
- •4.Previous history of PONV/ motion sickness
- •5.Patients with body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2
- •6.Currently receiving steroids or antiemetics
- •7.Allergy to study drugs.
- •8.Pregnancy or menstruation
- •9.Patients who cannot be contacted by telephone.
- •10.Abnormal blood glucose on morning of surgery
