Inclusion Criteria
1.Antenatal women complaints of mild nausea with or without vomiting or retching at least for last one week
2.Within Gestational age of 8 to 12 weeks.
3.Between 18 and 40 years and willing to participate in the study
4.Without any other pregnancy complications.
5.With singleton pregnancy as confirmed from history and ultrasonographic evaluation
6.Intervention is limited for 7days per sample & Present at the time of data collection
Exclusion Criteria
1.Antenatal women unable to return for a follow-up visit one week later
2.Have complications when using wristbands
3.Diagnosis of molar pregnancy - twin ectopic pregnancy by ultrasound
4.Known threatened abortion - pyelonephritis - Gastroenteritis - Appendicitis â??
5.Severe vomiting in pregnancy
6.Taking antiemetic drugs
7.Practicing other alternative and complementary therapies for nausea ,vomiting & retching
8.The inflammation, fracture , Neiguan open ulcers or tumours in the hand and fingers
9.Pregnancy after infertility
