- •Hemodynamically stable and unstable patient
- •Patients giving written informed consent.

- •Pregnant patients
- •Patient k/c/o CKD, parathyroid disease, metabolic bone disease,sepsis induced hypocalcemia and severe traumatic brain injury
- •Bleeding disorders
