Inclusion Criteria
Patients complaining of painful menses for at least 2 consecutive cycles.
Patients having regular menstrual cycle
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women
Patient having congenital anomalies leading to dysmenorrhoea.
Patient having chronic systemic diseases.
Patient having pelvic pathology.
Patient taking any hormonal therapy
Patient having genital tuberculosis, DM, congestive cardiac failure.

Name Time Method Assesment will be done on the basis of prepared proforma and improvement in sign and symptoms like <br/ ><br>1.Pain in lower abdomen, low back, medial aspect of thighs and associated pain in legs (VAS scale) and WaLIDD Score. <br/ ><br>2. Praseka (Nausea) / Chardi (Vomiting). <br/ ><br>3. Atisara (Diarrhoea). <br/ ><br>4. Vibandha <br/ ><br>5. Bhrama (Fainting)Timepoint: Oral saptsaar kasaay 6 follow â??ups at regular interval of 15 days. <br/ ><br>Dashmoola taila anuvasana basti after the clearance of menses 4 follow-ups with medication and 2 follow- ups without medication <br/ ><br>
