Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients who are willing to participate

2.Both males and females

3.Diagnosed hypertensive patients of age group between 40-65yrs attending medicine OPD of kasturba hospital

4.Cut off values for participants is above 120/80 mmHg

Exclusion Criteria

1.Age group below 40yrs and above 65yrs

2.Pregnant and lactating women

3.With any other comorbid conditions

4.Patients that are immune compromised suffering from terminal illness like HIV,cancer or those who are under medical treatment

5.Critical illness patients

6.Diagnosed hypertensive patients of age group between 40-65yrs not attending medicine OPD of kasturba hospital
