Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with COPD in stable condition for more than 3months
- •2\.Patient having abnormal lipid profile (LDL\-130\-160 mg/dl)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with bronchial asthma
- •2\.Patients with prior exposure to statins.
- •3\.Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD for less than 3months
- •4\.Patients with any active infection, renal disease for less than 3months
- •5\.Patients with history of liver dysfunction
- •6\.Pregnancy and lactation
