Inclusion Criteria

patient who axillary temperature up to 101 f on day of examination,

patient having following symptoms,

agnimandya

arochak

angamard

nausea

shitprapokjwar

jwar with kas

jway with pratishayay

Exclusion Criteria

1-patient with uncontrolled DM (HBA1C UP TO 8),uncontrolled HTN

2-paients are fever with skin rash

3-covid 19 positive with RTPCR/ Antigen positive

4-patients with purnavartjwar, hysteric, epilepsy, convulsion, pralap, trauma

1.To evaluate the efficacy of kantakariyadi kwath ghanvati 500mg two times a day after meal with lukewarm water and tab paracetamol 500mg two times a day with water in jwar for 14 days <br/ ><br>2.to give maximum symptomatic relief to patient after 14 day of treatment <br/ ><br>3.Relief from symptoms of jwar like angamard,aruchi,nausea, after 14 day of treatmentTimepoint: 14 day study with two follow ups on 7th and 14th day
