Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Patient willing to participate voluntarily
•\-Age group \- 35 to 65 years
•\-HbA1c \- 5\.7% to 6\.4% with or without non â?? essential criteria.
•\-Sex â?? both Male and Female

Exclusion Criteria

•\-Age below 35 years \& above 65 years
•\-Pregnant \& lactating mothers.
•\-Prior use of medication to treat diabetes except gestational diabetes.
•\-Have been diagnosed with diabetes by result of FPG more than or equal to 126mg/dl or 2hr post prandial plasma glucose \> 199 mg/dl.
•\-Patients having Acute Complications like Coronary Heart Disease, Acute Infective Hepatitis or Alcoholic Hepatitis or any other serious systemic illness.
•\-Patient taking steroids.
•\-Those who will be not ready to comply the trial protocol.
