Inclusion Criteria
Patient willing to participate voluntarily
-Age group - 35 to 65 years
-HbA1c - 5.7% to 6.4% with or without non â?? essential criteria.
-Sex â?? both Male and Female
Exclusion Criteria
-Age below 35 years & above 65 years
-Pregnant & lactating mothers.
-Prior use of medication to treat diabetes except gestational diabetes.
-Have been diagnosed with diabetes by result of FPG more than or equal to 126mg/dl or 2hr post prandial plasma glucose > 199 mg/dl.
-Patients having Acute Complications like Coronary Heart Disease, Acute Infective Hepatitis or Alcoholic Hepatitis or any other serious systemic illness.
-Patient taking steroids.
-Those who will be not ready to comply the trial protocol.
