- •1.primary or secondary toxoplasma chorioretinitis (TCR) with no macular involvement
- •2.vitritis reducing vision to 6/12 or less
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no

- •1.primary or secondary TCR with macular retinitis or lesion within 1 Disc area of disc
- •2.known steroid responder
- •3.systemic treatment for TCR already commenced
- •4.risk of HIV or other immunosuppression from history
