Inclusion Criteria
All physicians who treat splenic injuries in children.
Therefore, all physicians working in a pediatric surgery clinic/department, in a pediatric intensive care unit, in a trauma surgery clinic/department, and in a workers' compensation clinic should be surveyed.

Name Time Method The primary objective is to survey the current practice of care of splenic injuries in children in Germany. In this context, the diagnostic measures, therapeutic steps and applied guidelines will be surveyed.
