Inclusion Criteria
ASA class 3-4, atherosclerosis vessel coronary-history with no previous cardiopulmonary resuscitation, patients with no medication of digoxin-amiodarone-lidocaine-magnesium
Exclusion criteria: Concurrent other cardiac surgery, emergency surgery, allergy to drugs
