Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Diagnosis of menopause by a gynecologist according to STRAW study criteria and post menopausal period for up to 5 years.
- •2\)Age group of 40–60 years.
- •3\)Be willing and be able to practice yoga and walk.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Women who are already practicing Yoga or any
- •known regular exercise regime.
- •2\)Women with surgical menopause.
- •3\)Receiving Hormonal therapy.
- •4\)Significant cardiovascular and other co morbid disease.
- •5\)Active psychological disorder or other
- •medical disorders.
- •6\)Malignancies in the last 5 years.
- •7\)Having major surgery scheduled within 3 month of baseline visit.
- •8\)Orthopedic limitations.
